As always you can’t go wrong with buying tech21 for your gadgets, very satisfied and will recommend.

Fantastic company, I received a slight damaged case, and it was replaced with a new one quickly, with no extra cost.

I have been using Tech21 cases for the last several years and have never had a cracked or chipped screen - even though the floors in my office are concrete. I have dropped my phone many times. I found out about the cases at an Apple store while I was buying my first iPhone. The clerk helping me was showing me other cases when I asked which case she used and she showed me her Tech21 and only had good things to say about it. I have three sons and I insisted they get Tech21s after paying for broken screens. None of them has had a broken screen in years. I seldom write reviews, but when this case is worth the time.

Most of the items I ordered were great. The charger cable, however, stopped working within three weeks. I expected a higher quality product from tech21.

I purchased two screen protectors,I followed the instructions in the pack step by step however very disappointed with the results, the instructions did not match the labels on the screen protectors. I have always brought Tech21 but after poor experience I will not be purchasing anything from Tech21.

They sent me a case that would not fit. It was so cheap to buy, I threw it in the trash instead of returning it.

My glass screen protector came broken and I reported it and still haven’t gotten word back from you guys. (It’s been probably about a month or more now since)
I am a frequent with the company and have always gotten my cases and screens here so for me this is ridiculous.

I purchased 2 covers for my iPhone 12. After trying both of them I selected one to keep and one to return. I think your products are very well designed and constructed and superior functionality.
I followed your online policy and requested a return of one item. I never was contacted or authorized by your customer service return department in order to return the unneeded cover. I donated the brand new cover to a Goodwill charity location in Denver and have moved on.
The lack of communication from your customer service return department was disappointing.

It's not your fault, but the arrival of the goods was so late that it returned to the center of postoffice. I wrote my phone number and email address, but I didn't receive the arrival notification. I ordered this case on December 25th and it arrived on February 8th. The case itself is ok. I understand that this volume button is hard.

Great case fast shipping best thing to say

Great communication to the purchaser, but the protective screen did not unpack as described with tearing of of the binder page made the process very comprimised.
The protective case is great and easy to fit to the phone.

I purchased the Tech21 Evo Check for my iPhone 12 Pro Max first case that I ordered was the wrong size, which was my fault. When I told Tech21 this, they instantly gave me a return slip. I then ordered the right case and I love it! Great durability, keeps the phone small to fit in your pocket well and if you’re worried about the case protecting the 3 giant cameras, don’t worry they got you. They both got to me in roughly 3-5 days. With what has been going on, that is pretty quick. At least in my opinion. Will definitely be buying from Tech21 again and will recommend to friends.
